After ordering 2 lock hasps "in stock and ready to ship" I was contacted saying I would need to double by order to meet the manufacturer's minimum order. 3 days later the product had not shipped, I was then told "masterlock has a five day window to ship out new product." I cancelled my order, found taylor, and ordered the amount I needed for almost half the price. It shipped immediately, and arrived in two days. They saved my project.

The material was purchased on line and shortly after I was informed that it could be 4 to 6 weeks before I would receive it - which I was OK with. Nice thing was I received it earlier then expected.
