Jun 08,2014Made an order of four items and just two came and apparently they had no stock of the jeans which was a disappointment. I really wanted the jeans, but next time I know not to order again from TDF. You should update your website if theres no jeans in stock!!

Because the method for returns was well explained, this posed no problems. Would not hesitate to order again.

Jan 16,2014This company is just incredible. It has put my faith back into businesses - all should take a leaf out of their book! The item was packaged brilliantly and arrived much sooner than expected. There was a fault with the zip even though everything else was perfect and they bent over backwards to replace the item and this all happened quickly, easily and with nothing but outstanding customer service from the phones and emails. A refund was sent immediately with a hand written letter - very nice touch - and all this was done without needing to ask. What a thoroughly superb company. I would highly recommend them to everyone and I will be using them again. Many, many thanks.
