Techspert.io reached out to me to have a conference call with one of their customers that needed an expert opinion on their medical device launch plans. The call went well with one follow up e-mail communication after the call. After confirming with Techspert.io that the call occurred and was successful, they followed up with the customer and quickly processed and paid my invoice through PayPal! Working with Techspert.io was simple and quick. I would work with them again in the future without hesitation!

Completely clear regarding questions and expertise needed. I talked to someone on the phone and they were overseas in another country but had no issues with communication or understanding them. Questions were clearly communicated and I felt that the experience went well as far as payment, expectations, and time. Would definitely work with them again in the future.
