Sep 18,2024The item wasn't delivered on time. I chased them, and after insisting they provide proof was sent a picture 'proving' it was delivered to me. But the picture was of the box propped outside my closed front door. So not delivered to me in person but left close to the pavement. They refused to take responsibility. Eventually I tracked the parcel down to a neighbour, but only after they refused a refund. Never again.

I'd ordered next day delivery but as there it was a bank holiday weekend Chris e-mailed me to advise on options to getthe order delivered quickly & saved me the cost of next day delivery.
