Jun 04,2021Ordered product May 28th. Today is June 4th and product is still sitting in California facility waiting to be shipped out. Tenergy website indicated about 3 days shipping time. Understandably, it was a holiday weekend on Monday, but to still be at USPS shipping facility 4 days after holiday is a bit long. My guess won't receive product until sometime next week.

Jun 04,2021the last rechargeable battery lasted for 2 charges. only 2 of the 4 pack is on the 3 th. charge.

Jun 02,2021I find it frustrating that I chose to buy the more expensive rechargeable batteries and a year later im struggling to have them keep and hold a charge for more then 45 minutes right off charger now I have to buy all new rechargeable batteries.

May 26,2021Ordered May 10th. Contacted me on May 11th, about shipping and billing address mismatched. Called and sent e-mails confirming address. Called again on May 19th, was told it was their mistake, would ship that day. Called on May 20th, and again told it was made and shipped, would send tracking number. No number came. Called again on May 21st, told it had shipped, would send tracking number. No number came. Finally received tracking number on May 24th, confirmed it was picked up on the 21st. Poor response time, did not follow through on order in a timely manner, and basically made up shipping information when it was clearly not correct. Will not order again.

May 21,2021I have found these batteries to be very reliable and long lasting. I can't even tell you how many times I have ordered and received an O*** battery, put it on the charger, tried to cycle it just once only to find a dead battery that won't take more than 300-450mah. Never had a bad one yet and I have purchased 6 now.
