Apr 14,2019The Una I got is great, but there was a flaw in the seam of the fly where a fold in the fabric got sewn into the seam and that section was skipped when the seam was taped.I emailed support on a Sunday, and got a reply early Monday morning asking me to fill out a form included with the email. I sent back the form and within minutes I got another email saying my new fly was being prepared for shipment. Their quality control might need a little tweaking, but their customer support is second to none.
