Dec 15,2016I order 1 soldering gun they sent me a email and had 3 listed I emailed them told them I only wanted 1 I thought I had it figured out few days later I got a call from a woman wanting to know if I want one or two I told her I only want one she said me too and just totally refused to return my money without a restocking fee I am not paying a restocking fee this will end up in Court

Dec 14,2016Josh Belcher was great! We had ordered a helium transfer line but when it was received some parts were missing. I called Josh and he opened the other box in stock and inspected the contents. The he got it to me the next morning at 8am. This saved the day for the customer and Philips. Without his help, I was stuck.
