Sep 07,2023I was in 2 minds as to getting a dock as I thought I would miss the experience of just relaxing on the boat so had held off on a purchase. I asked a number of people who already had one and the Tetradock brand was the most common theme. I contacted John who immediately asked for the spec and picked up on the fact that I had a stepped hull and went on to send me a quote for a dock to accommodate the boats design. The order was quick as was delivery times and John and his Colleague arrived ahead of schedule and took great care and attention in getting the dock in the correct position and then gave me a much needed lesson on driving on and off. Time was not an issue which was great. The boat looks great and the thought of no more antifouling or looking at the growth having been away for a couple of weeks is worth its weight in gold. My Thanks go to John and I would not hesitate in recommending his in depth knowledge and levels of service. I am also pleased to say that it still rocks me to sleep on the dock and as I am higher I can see more !! Steve ( Dover)

Oct 18,2022I recently acquired a 4m rib. So that it is out of the water when idle I contacted 3 companies. TETRADOCK were the only company to respond. John designed and built it to my specification, then today delivered it built ready for launching at Weymouth marina. He did not leave until he was satisfied that the dock and rib were secure on my pontoon. Well done you.

Nov 13,2019If you have a motorboat (7.5 metres/2.2 tonnes in my case) then get a tetradock or stop boating. It ends lift outs and antifouling. Financial savings are made 3rd or 4th year. Immediate benefits are that it is easier to dock than coming alongside a pontoon with fenders and needing helpers to take ropes. Outboard is clear of water and can be flushed through as if on the shore. Salt can be hosed off on the dock. Speak to John and get one!

Aug 17,2018This is simply the best value drive on dock and pontoon sold in the UK. We have not seen metal pins needed in this solution ( we would suggest you do your own research!) the company has not been restarted in a different name, it is not a silly price, customer service is good. for all these reasons it gets 5 out of 5.

May 11,2017Early days yet, but we at brightoninshorefishing.co.uk have committed to a tetradock . What we can say, is the service from the company was a very pleasant experience, complete with hands on training on how to get on her with a Pirate 21 CC. Very very satisfied... :) :) :) Product itself is amazing in its simplicity and the modular system allows for various configurations. Berthing is actually a lot simpler than you might imagine. One thing I would also highlight is that when we were looking, Tetradock was the only company that showed enthusiasm for our enquiry. And the total cost was less than half that we had been qouted by other companies offering a similar product.

Mar 03,2017I found the Tetradock product to be excellent, in fact the centre sections are better than their more expensive and better known (or at least advertised rival) especially when it comes to supporting my rib's hull during the on/off process. Equally, John was great to deal with and his service was faultless.... I would happily recommend this companies product & service :-)

Feb 28,2017After having spoken with a few floating dock companies without success I stumbled across John's website and decided to drop him an email. John replied to me within a couple of hours with all the relevant information I needed. On the day of installation John delivered as well as set up the dock, and in a couple of hours it was ready to use The actual dock is of high quality, very stable and easy to drive on and off. If you're looking for a bespoke installation from an extremely helpful guy then John at Tetradock is your man. Highly recommended!

Feb 28,2017Dealing with John was an absolute pleasure! As I'd never had a floating dock before, so I was a little worried about what I'd need, size, length etc but John had it all worked out beforehand, and he was right. He arrived in Scarborough, North Yorkshire on a rainy day and had it assembled in no time. This was going to be a big test with an 8.3M Mako RIB with a 250HP Outboard! But John had it spot on, it floats like a dream! No more antifouling. No more loss of speed. No more increase in fuel use due to drag and so much easier to work around the boat. As well as those advantages was the footprint of the dock. It is about the same size as the RIB itself- amazing! My Harbourmaster was concerned it would encroach onto the neighbouring pontoon holders space. Yes, if I'd have chosen another floating dock it would, but not the Tetradock. And that was non- negotiable. A bigger dock wouldn't have been allowed so happy days here! Yes thoroughly chuffed (Yorkshire saying!) here and cannot recommended the price, service, advice and support enough. Do not go anywhere else!

Dec 07,2024Very Very Very Pleased - John at Tetradock highly professional - quick to respond to queries and questions. The Dock itself is of excellent Quality - all components holding up well despite being put together at the start of the season and dismantled at the end. Just finished my second season with my 5m Zodiac on a Tetradock so feel able to leave these comments
