No trouble for them Very polite, very helpful, very prompt and a beautiful canvas which I thought couldn’t be done But they got in touch with me befoygoing ahead with the finished product I would highly recommend and I will be using them for all my photos and canvas prints from now on 5 stars

May 24,2022The 'Money back Guarantee' and '100% Satisfaction Guarantee' are NOT real - please don't be tricked. I ordered a large canvas that cost £70 as a gift, when it was opened the print quality was very poor and there was no way it could be displayed on the wall. I contacted TCP to explain I was in no way satisfied and was told 'The satisfaction guarantee is from our side' - meaning that if you're not satisfied with your order it quite literally means nothing, they won't refund you're money if you're not happy. The money back 'guarantee' is meaningless too - they had no intention of honoring this promise. Please be very wary as these promises they display so proudly on their website are genuinely lies - I was tricked and placed an order thinking I was safe but I've been conned. They told me when I complained that I should have asked for a proof of my order - I've never had to do that with any website I've ordered a canvas from. The quality shown online looked nothing like what was on the canvas they sent through. They are clearly well prepared to get out of honoring their 'guarantees' and I can only assume this is a regular occurrence for them.

They did email me to let me know that the quality was not the best and gave me the oportunity to cancel but I went ahead and they did a great job, Well pleased. DG

May 13,2022Nice easy website. (Didn't use the photo editing facility as I have Photoshop.) Very quick turnaround and delivery. The pictures look good and are pretty accurate reproductions of the originals. The problem is there was no information about when the delivery would arrive. There was an email when the order was despatched but no time slot. We weren't in and it was left in a log store. OK but not entirely safe. So, the delivery arrangements are the reason for 4 not 5 stars. Better delivery information would have meant 5 stars all round.
