Jan 10,2020I placed an order for a canvas print on 3rd Jan and received an email receipt, with delivery to be made within 2-5 working days. The following Monday, 6th Jan, i thought I would check my emails to see if I had received a tracking number or some kind of update on my order but nothing. I didn't even receive an order number. So I contacted The Canvas Prints and they told me they could not locate my order but would look into it and get back to me within 24 hours, they did not. Three days later, 9th Jan, I still hadn't heard anything so I contacted them, and again they said they would look into it and get back to me within 2-3 hours. They did not get back to me a second time. I contacted them again on 10th Jan and they said they would refund me if they had received my order but they hadn't, so I had to send proof of payment as well as my receipt to show that they definitely took payment from me, and again they said they would look into and get back to me and they said they would raise a new order and asked me to email the image and specifications for my canvas. I did this thinking that they would process the order straight away but they did not. The issue continued into the next week, and yesterday on Monday 13th Jan, i contacted them again because I still hadn't received any update on my order and they finally processed it yesterday and did provide next day delivery due to the delays and it has arrived this morning. Unfortunately, that does not make up for the fact this has been a terrible experience and the customer service is extremely lacking and there seemed to be no care or consideration or any proactive approach to investigate the issue with my order. I had to chase them multiple times and all this via web chat because they don't have a phone number listed anywhere and have said they don't provide a phone service. All in all, although I'm happy that I finally have my order, it has been much more trouble than its worth dealing with this company.

Dec 06,2019Having uploaded a photo for a canvas, I received an email saying the photo was not of a high enough quality. The original photo was taken by my daughter so I resent the original but it still wasn’t good enough for the size of canvas I had ordered. Shane, from the company, was brilliant. He was so patient and offered help & advice to ensure my order was correct. I received my canvas today and I am so happy with the result. I will definitely use this company again.
