I would even give 6 stars to the internal layout of the case, a bit disappointed about the case itself as the one and only sticker is not properly attached in the designated area. But overall a brilliant product.

Good communication after the process of your order, shipping while expensive was fast which was 3 days to USA. The interior of the peli case is exceptional and will protect your watches and or jewelry.They supply you with 2 types of watch pillows which you have a choice of a dense or soft pillow case is a nice touch But.. Upon arrival of my 10 piece watch peli case I was not so thrilled. The bar that holds the locking latch in place was not all the way in (7mm) was sticking out. Why this got passed quality control is beyond me. Emailed them but got no response back. Not so 5 star customer service in my opinion. I'm not about to return the case due to the high cost of shipping back to the UK but at least acknowledge that something is not right with a customer's order. Such a shame.

Got a Dave case, very good hardcase solid and sturdy. Had a couple of problems with the delivery but the sales dep. really helped me getting out of it
