When the item arrived it was beautifully packaged: a bow and a handwritten card. Perfect for a gift. I highly recommend thedesignlover for the choice of products and the after sales service. Though the product have an issue with 2 of 4 weak magnets but definitely will return to buy more aesthetic items.

Dec 27,2023Customer support has been very helpful and supportive. Part of my order was out of stock, but the company offered a free of charge substitute (of a bigger value), they also communicated everything upfront and were very responsive. Would recommend doing business with them 10/10.
