I purchased a gorgeous pendant over the phone after regretting not buying it when I was recently in Whitby. I received it within a couple of days and it exceeded my expectations. Will definitely buy more from this lovely shop - excellent customer service and great if you appreciate unique, one-off items.

They designed a very similar piece in the size I requested within days and posted this out quickly. It is a beautiful piece and really nice quality.
