Sep 12,2023We used The Flooring Outlet for a full refit across 4 bedrooms and two staircases, including a runner and an entire downstairs in laminate. We're first time buyers who were doing some renovation work and didn't know where to start with flooring options. Ben was super helpful from the second we stepped foot into the showroom taking into account different budgets and price points and even helped us out a few days later when our original carpet supplier/fitters let us down! Ordering both lots of flooring and booking in for fitting was straight forward and we got booked in for fitting at the same time as ordering with a really positive lead time too. The fitters for both the carpet and laminate have done a great job and both floors look brilliant! We even made a last minute swap with the beading that we chose and this was accommodated really easily and sorted for us for fitting without delaying a thing. Would definitely recommend this business for any projects you've got coming up in your home if you're someone that's after reasonable prices and brill customer service!

Aug 09,2023We have used the flooring outlet to replace out existing flooring and carpets for years. The customer service is second to none and the variety of carpets and floor covering is great. The staff who run the showroom are attentive and knowledgable and are always happy to help and the guys who fitted out flooring were respectful and friendly when in our home. We will be back in a months time to replace our kitchen flooring and know we will get the same silver service!

They refunded the difference without hesitation, very patient with me. The fitting guy went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok and also made sure the thresholds were as flat as possible given my dad is blind so to prevent any tripping hazards Would definitely recommend and use again, great price too for a full flat to be recarpeted

Jul 16,2023The guys in store were very helpful. We only bought the cheapest artificial grass to cover some unsightly walls but we think it looks great. They have a really good selection of good quality artificial grass along with a great selection of carpet and flooring and worktops. Definitely be calling in again.
