Nov 12,2023Me and my partner were given a section 21 eviction notice after living there for many many years, and Gray House were solely responsible and created this mess. We prided ourselves on being perfect tenants. My experience of them was greedy, sneaky liars... They mentioned the property was to be redeveloped, but after seeing the property relisted online many months later it was simply just redecorated. I would not recommend this letting agency at all. Liars, and cheats... On top of this, the property had a mouse infestation during our stay, and the letting agency refused to do anything about it. Awful....
