The products & pricing are great! And my order was ready very quickly. I’m hoping it 4 stars because the girls in store (3 of them) were more interested in having a chat at the til than dealing with a customer. I had to stand & wait until they were finished & weren’t particularly friendly when I did get their attention. Luckily I was just picking up an online order & not shopping in the store.

I ordered a waxing kit. The bucket has strange patterns inside and a burnt mark outside. I can't even wash them off. Questioning the integrity of bought product... Did someone use it before?
