Very easy platform to navigate .... Light years ahead of the competition. The fact that if it appears that contact information is 'possibly' off The Handbook provides a screen to share info quickly and efficiently so the potential issue that may need updating is addressed instantly shows the value they place on performance.
This is a truly awful company. They had only generic, publicly available (ie useless) information for a very significant celebrity. They never responded to my message requesting assistance and an update to his info. They continued my subscription for several months after I cancelled it. They ignored attempts to contact them and discontinue the subscription meaning that I’ve paid several hundred pounds for NOTHING. After an inordinate amount of chasing they rejected my request for a refund to despite proof of having cancelled my subscription without giving a valid reason and now back to ignoring my communications.

After receiving a number of email newsletters from The Handbook, I made numerous requests to unsubscribe from the same. On each occasion, I received confirmation that the request had been actioned. In reality, one or more within the business used devious and deceiving tactics by way of taking no action at all. I then made two separate complaints to the business and on each occasion, they gave a crystal clear without any shadow of doubt assurance that both would be addressed within 24-48 hours during the normal working week. Once again, the business demonstrated their incompetence by way of doing nothing at all. This culminated in an email having to be sent to the CEO, who shrugged off the incompetence as well as making no effort at all to defend the lack of trust, reliability, reputation and integrity demonstrated by her staff. A failing business is usually one which fails to prepare and as a consequence, it has to be prepared to fail and this failure falls upon the shoulders of the CEO. The only proactive advice I can give, is apply severe caution before interacting with this business and have a look at all of the other 1 star adverse feedback offered to date.
Having recently used the HandBook after starting my own events company, it's been extremely helpful. Contact details are up to date from those I've tried to reach out to. Overall Highly recommended

The emails connected to the artist/famous persons is very useful and valuable insights to different agencies/personal office emails ect.

I think this company makes its money from subscriptions it says haven’t been cancelled.
I can’t cancel my subscription or find anyone to contact as I don’t have my email I signed up with anymore. You click contact and it just refreshes the website. Under all current consumer laws and regulations, a subscriber must be able to exit a subscription in a straight forward and timely way. There is no way to contact to cancel my Membership. HB, please reply with a way to contact. Thanks

I cancelled my trial subscription because the info provided by TH was out of date and generic info that could have been found in the public domain . But TH decided to take my money, even though its own website showed that my subscription had been cancelled. It has taken hundreds of pounds from me and has refused to even acknowledge my request to stop doing so.
site is easy to use and contacts have been easy to find. very helpful.
Really poor experience, google gives you more accurate emails and contact points for individuals. Lots of information is out of date. The UX is also very poor, I was told my subscription was cancelled to then be charged and be told 'computer says no' by a chatbot email. Dissapointing.
