This service is really awesome. There are a few emails that bounce back on some of the managers, however. For example, Jabob Anderson and Sam Reid. Nevertheless, we did get some of their agent's emails and one responded. Steve Nava

Not as good as it should be for the price! Most contact details are either not up to date or the important contact for that celeb contact are missing. It's also frustrating there is no live chat option to speak to someone from the company to resolve any issues or answer any queries you may have, there is only an option to email which the turn around times for the email being picked up by the handbook team are far too long, especially as people are using this for business purposes & having to wait so long for a response to a solution, problem etc. is very problematic & could loose businesses a lot of money, especially in this industry - time is money! I sent an email to be sent an automated email back saying they would reply within 48 hrs & wasnt replied to until around 5 days later only to be told I had to email another email address to ask for the information I was needing instead of the handbook, having paid for their services a - substantial amount in my opinion for the service they offer - sending the information on to me that I had asked about & was told I required!?! Therefore having to wait yet again for them to pick my email up asking for the info I was told by them I needed to ask for & still haven't received, holding me back, wasting more of my time & money!
