Sep 18,2024Highfield Event Group have provided the Main Marquee for the Thurlow Fayre for a number of years now and have always provided a high quality, clean and well presented tent which is used for the W.I. Tea Tent. The team arrive as scheduled, know exactly what they are doing, put up the Marquee and leave the site clean and tidy. After the event, they arrive again as scheduled dismantle and pack away. Trouble free excellent service.

Sep 14,2024I would 100% recommend Claire and the Highfield Event Group. They helped us organise a large family party in a marquee in the garden for a 21st, 18th, 15th and 50th’s. Claire helped and guided us through all the early discussions and planning. She was always available for questions, advice and suggestions. As the party date drew closer Claire put together an incredibly thorough running list which gave me total confidence that she knew exactly what our expectations were for the evening, and that every eventuality had been considered and covered. The entire team were charming and efficient, they made us feel that the party was completely under control. I had expected to feel stressed on the day but Claire and Ffion were around all day and nothing was too much trouble for them. For example, when we ran out of mixers for the cocktails (my fault for miscalculating) at 11pm Claire discreetly disappeared off to Tesco’s to stock up. As well as being charming and patient I would commend her communication skills, face to face and in emails Claire is incredibly clear, straightforward and thorough. She responded to messages with a few minutes to maximum a few hours. Using the Highfield Group took all the stress out of organising and hosting the party, it meant that we all could completely relax and have a truly terrific and memorable night.

From the start, they were organised, kept us informed of deadlines, and promptly addressed all our queries. They managed our changing requirements with ease, even arranging extra marquees just days before the event. On-site, the crew was professional, quick, and hard-working. They carefully followed our instructions for positioning structures, which was crucial for crowd control and fire safety. Any issues, such as measurement errors on our part, were resolved swiftly and without fuss. They addressed snags during the build with a positive attitude, ensuring everything was in place for the event. Overall, Highfield delivered an outstanding service with a team that genuinely seemed to care about the success of our event as much as we did. Their professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the entire process, and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

The marquee was absolutely stunning, and the construction team went above and beyond to make sure we were were happy with it and it looked beautiful. Highfield were able to supply furniture, PA system, and were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout. We loved our marquee!

We got married on the 15th June at Lanwades Hall and whilst other suppliers had lower order limits, Highfield Events were happy to help by allowing us to hire tables for our wedding day. The team were responsive and helpful and delivery and collection of the tables was easy and perfectly on time and very reasonably priced. Would very much recommend them.
