Instead of trying to get me to purchase their services, they advised me to wait for a possible resolution on my case (based on the information I have provided to them) that might not require any additional support. They were able to offer different ways for me to move forward and overcome the problems I have been facing. They also provided follow up support that went above and beyond what one would expect.
