I thought the material was great and definitely got me ready for my interviews.
Very informative, helped me to land a new job
Honestly, I would not be where I am today without the help of the interview guys. I learned so much about the interview process and how to adapt answers to my career and the particular job I was applying for. I have interviewed for my jobs than I can count on my fingers and toes and I have not once, until June of 2016, ever felt confident or comfortable about my answers! I held my head high because I was so prepared! I got the job because I was so prepared! They are AMAZING! Been working for same company now and it is the best job I have ever had and I enjoy every minute of it! I have recommended them to my friends!
These guys won't waste your time, and, in fact, make me think HR people may not be deserving of the bad rap they take. If you won't to bone up for interviewing, this is the best podcast I've found.
The tips and techniques I learned in the Interview Master Guide were invaluable in my job hunt. I had been unemployed for nearly a year when I came across the Interview Guys website. My resumes were disappearing into the void and on the rare chance I got an interview, nothing came of it. After a long drought of no responses, I landed an initial phone interview with a huge global company. I bought the Master Guide and studied up. At the end of that interview, I was immediately set up with a second phone interview, this time with the director of the marketplace department. Again, studied up in the guide, and nailed it. Another interview, in-person, followed a week later. I was so at ease at this point it was more like a conversation than an interview. This coming from someone with serious anxiety in situations where I need to advocate for myself. I was offered the job while driving home from the interview. I’ve been there a little over a year and I couldn’t be happier.
I discovered the interview guys when I was applying for a new sales job. Not having had a job interview since more than 10 years prior, I was hoping for some good advice, tips, and tricks so I could prepare for the interview. For such a small price I received a wealth of valuable information, and I honestly don't think I would have landed the job without using the advice and suggestions from the interview guys. Not only did the info I received help me to get the job, but it also helped me to negotiate a compensation package well above what was advertised for the position. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to increase their chances of getting hired.
Great tool for interview preparation
It definitely was the best investment i could ever have made.. this guide was everything i needed at that time and i ended up getting a pretty good job offer in one of the best automobile brands ! thanks again guys!
Gives great tips and advice for the long journey to finding my next success. Have read their material and questions to be asked and will be asked before I head into an interview.
It was a good book and is very thought provoking. However, it did not help me get my job. Where I landed, my interviews were based on just getting to know me and my personality. I do recommend this book to those who need to be guided from the very beginning.
The content was good and informative. However, the promise of landing up in a job within a month seems too vague as I am still jobless in spite of reading the book thoroughly.
More information for people going in to the non-profit sector would be useful.
When I was moving across the country, I applied to many jobs and interviewed at 4 companies in two days. The Interview Guys helped me prepare for my interviews which all popped up in a short amount of time. I was offered a job for two out of the four, and a second interview for one. Upon accepting my job, I was told that they loved that I was calm under the pressure and I believe that was due to being so prepared for anything they could throw at me in the interview process.
I am so glad that I went ahead and bought the prep materials from The Interview Guys. The information that they give is applicable to many different interview types and careers fields, and there were concepts included that I hadn’t previously considered. I truly feel that their method helped me land the job I interviewed for.
The Interview Guide downloaded in minutes and as I began to read through it I could feel my confidence return. I was terrified to begin the interview process after leaving a position that I held and loved for over 14 years, but the clear questions/ answers outlined in the guide, along with the HUNDREDS of tips, was the intelligent, modern voice I needed in my head to get me out of my head. And, it's anything but a bunch of information that could quickly overwhelm the timid job-seeker. It's written with a sense of humor and a "coaching" spirit that I felt was speaking to me directly. Thank you Interview Guys for helping me land a great job AND regain my self-worth. Best, Tricia
I have ordered the material as a Coach to assist some of my teammates requesting assistance for Interview prep. Every single teammate that I have worked with has all moved on to better jobs and I simply shared the material which I also used for my job interviews. I was able to get hired with a bigger company making 35K more than the old job. THANKS INTERVIEW GUYS.
It had a lot of great information. I loved all the behavior question examples. A must need for someone who has not done many....or recent interviews. Great source.
There is a lot of useful information
The learning tools and informative videos are outstanding. Great design and intuitive. They do an excellent job breaking down the aspects of the interview process.

Jan 24,2018I'm in my 40's, the info provided in their document was good, but maybe more useful for a younger person without much experience. I used some of their ideas for two interviews, didn't get either job. The job i ended up getting, was due to none of these strategies, but due to the fact that I had previously worked with the other organization on another project and I was offered the job based on the work I had previously done for them, not so much my resume or interviewing skills. So, I don't know if their strategies really work, it did not work for me. I was better off being myself and not as over eager.
