Jun 11,2021Top job on my Mid 2010 MacBook Pro 17inch . New 2TB SSD fitted and now running better then ever before and can edit my insta360 motorcycle movies with ease. That impressed getting the guys to sort out my HP laptop as also need the Windows 10 upgrading and running for work related tasks. Beats buying New.

Jun 14,2019These guys are not out for repeat business; won't admit their own mistakes. They fixed an IT problem we had, but they disconnected a cable required to run our business that had nothing to do with the job. We called them back and they charged us to come back to fix a problem that was essentially their fault. The owner would not budge saying it was OUR fault. Bad customer service. We ended up having to pay the 2nd charge. Maybe they don't care for more business. Very unprofessional and would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.

They are prompt when communicating when they can get to problems and they maintain a calm attitude even when working through a frustrating situation - let's be honest, I'm only contacting them when I have a problem and they are great about handeling my issues and with great customer service.

Dec 10,2016I had downloaded mackeeper on my computer thinking it would keep my mac safe... turns out it was full of viruses. Rushed my computer to the team at IT guys... really helpful and understanding the need for quick fix due to work commitments. The team was quick professional an I was up and running in no time. Thanks again IT Guys.

Dec 08,2016I have to admit I am an absolute mare when I get stressed. Coupled with a MacBook Pro crashing the day before my first exam, did not see me in my finest form.. I love Apple but one thing I cannot stand is the wait period on getting legitimate, personalised assistance. Luckily I got referred to a guy called Tim from The IT Guys because I was ready to do more damage to the pro than whatever the original issue seemed to be.. Not only was Tim able to assist me straight away and work his gypsy-magic efficiently fixing my pro, his kind and compassionate customer-service saved my mental state. I cannot thank him enough for saving me from such a dire state, I will be recommending him most definitely- [apologies in advance for my larger-than-life stresshead friends I send to you].

Dec 08,2016My Mac book pro 15" retina had a complete melt down and was not able to be turned on. Tim from the IT guys worked his magic, now it is perfect again. He upgraded my RAM too for a great price. Only took him an hour of labour so the bill was extremely cheap and reasonable! Would recommend every time to anyone with any Windows or Mac computer.
