Having never taken on a Hyrox before, I felt unsure about how to approach my training. I wasn’t sure how to balance endurance with strength, and I didn’t feel confident I’d be ready for the event. Chloe’s programming changed all that. Each workout was focused and effective, and I quickly noticed gains in my stamina, strength, and recovery. By race day, I felt fully prepared—strong, confident, and ready to tackle anything. Thanks to Chloe, I’m now aiming to take on a singles Hyrox, and I couldn’t be more excited! I’d recommend her programming to anyone looking to conquer their first Hyrox or improve there fitness in general.

Chloe is amazing! Her program is so easy to follow and she really looks after you as I client! I have had an amazing exoerince going to Chloe and she has taught me a lot about my nutrition and how different choices can make such a big difference. If you are looking for fun gym workouts she is also your gal!! Would 100% recommend her to anyone!

Chloe has been incredible since I joined in January for my 12 week program for a photoshoot. Always there if you need her, pushes you to push yourself because she believes in her clients. She is very friendly and being part of the life style shift has really helped me this year! Would recommend her to anyone ☺️

Chloe is a beautiful person inside and out, she is supportive, understanding and approachable when times get tough. I would highly recommend Chloe, she has helped me loose 10kg so far and the journey continues.

Signing up with TLS/Chloe a year and a half ago is truly is the best thing ive ever done, and I struggle to find the words to do her and her business justice for all she has helped me with. Since Jan 2023- - I am feeling so much more confident and happy in myself - I enjoy going to the gym and feel confident going to new gyms or doing new exercises - I participate voluntarily in extra sports and cardio -My relationship with food and understanding of fuelling my body has completely changed for the better -I understand so much more about my menstrual cycle -On top of this I managed to lose 17kg, whilst still enjoying food I love and social events too! Chloe is such a considerate and kind coach who always listens to you and your thoughts and feelings. There is no problem too large for her and I genuinely feel there is no issue I could have that she couldn’t answer. As mentioned, signing up with Chloe is one of the best things I have ever done and the investment in yourself is really second to none.

I would recommend Chloe’s Lifestyle shift programme to anyone. Before I did it I really wasn’t a gym person and had never worked with a PT. The best thing was she really listened to who you are and took care to construct an individual programme that was really going to work. The weekly check ins are great to keep on track. We only worked together for 6 months and I lost weight but more importantly changed my mindset for life, I now love the gym and my relationship with food is so different. I’ve taken the lessons with me and feel so much more confident. Thank you!

I started working with Chloe in June 2022 after I found myself in a rut with food and changing habits. It was a really big step as I was really nervous. I had always been active but just found I had lost my way at the time and wasn’t taking care of myself the way I wanted to and wasn’t sure where to start and so I approached working with Chloe and The Lifestyle Shift to get that ball rolling and ultimately for someone to keep me accountable. Chloe put all my worries at bay and answered all my initial questions and I couldn’t wait to get started. One thing I always had to remind myself was everything takes time and it is a lifestyle change (hence the name) and that’s something Chloe also had to remind me at times when I was impatient when I saw minimal changes. But these ‘minimal’ changes led to a huge change that I don’t always think you notice at the time and it isn’t until you look back on previous photos or your progress pictures that you see how far you have come. Nearly two years on and my eating habits have changed and the confidence I have gained to carry on with what I’ve learnt is invaluable and I couldn’t be more thankful to Chloe if I tried. The amount of care and detail that goes into each client is admirable and just shows how dedicated Chloe is to helping her clients feel and be the best they can be. Nothing is too much and she is always there to reach out to if you had a question or query ahead of check in. I would recommend Chloe in a heartbeat and encourage anyone to join The Lifestyle Shift because you won’t regret it, she’s fantastic at what she does.

Chloe is a fantastic coach and with great ease, gentle coaching, helpful tips and fantastic programming I have been able to lose all of my pregnancy weight. Her method has enabled me to come out pregnancy and postpartum stronger and with a better body and food relationship than before. I cannot recommend Chloe enough. She’s a genuine character who gives 110% of herself and her knowledge to her clients and fitness platform. To her, your wins are hers, her heart is in it which you do not often see with coaches. She works with men and women and tailors her coaching to each individual. However, she has extensively studied to understand the female body at great length. Properly enabling her to help all women of all ages, wherever they are in their life cycle. I highly recommend you get in touch.

Been with Chloe for almost 7 months now and what can I say!? Chloe is truly incredible. I joined TLS because I was desperate to lose weight and improve my health, and I just didn't seem to be able to do it on my own. It is safe to say I am slowly but surely achieving that and many other goals, without any restrictions and enjoying the process. I have made more progress in the last 7 months than in the past 5 years, not only physically but also mentally, all thanks to Chloe! She is always there to provide support and advice and never judges or criticises! Joining TLS was the best decision I've ever made.

I have been with Chloe for 6 months now and the transformation has been incredible, not just physical, but mentally too and I have a much better relationship with food, all gained through knowledge and advice and my trust in Chloe. The 6 weekly workout routines mean that I don’t have time to get complacent, the weekly check-ins keep me accountable for my food and gym sessions for the week and gives chance for Chloe to review them and give advice and action points going into the next week. The app means that it is easy to look at your progress and a good reminder of how far you have come. Chloe is there throughout the week to answer any questions and review any form videos and the group chat is there to connect with like-minded people and encourage each other. Chloe also puts a lot of time into building on her own knowledge which shows her commitment to bringing the best out of her clients. I can’t wait to see what the next 6 months brings!

Chloe is brilliant. She is so knowledgable, motivating and has all of the tools to really change your life and your mindset. I joined Chloe at a really tough time in my life and she helped me shift my priorities and my focus to not only improve my physical health, but also my mental health and self confidence.
