Does not listen to simple requests, when asking for revisions, the results were completely different to what’s being asked. After they’ve had enough talking to you, you get put off until the next day. Communication is not very good either. After deciding that this service was not right for me. I requested a refund, of which I was told no. Honestly a child could’ve created the results! Reported issues to bank, they are currently helping me out from this complete scam!
