Feb 11,2025The negative points for me are the fact that when you order a 'free gift' from yourselves you also despatch a full price item which hasnt been ordered. This is time consuming having to phone for a returns label them get it to a post office to return it. Also the time it actually takes to get thru to the office. It took me 5 attempts, I did request a call back but had to wait untill the following day to receive the call. My high rating is due to the lade that phoned. A lady called Teigan, she was like a breathe of fresh air. Very pleasant and also extremely helpful.

Feb 10,2025Harrassment I ordered the offer of the Elvis free coin before christmas for my Brother as I thought it would be something he would be interested in! It was stated as a one off and no obligation The coin came as ordered as I had pre paid the £2.50 delivery as it was the only option! I was phoned a few times after and explained as it was free i had given it to my brother as a present for christmas! Since then i have been inundated with texts and emails for demands of money as they say I didnt pay! I have aent them numerous proof if payment Do not touch this company they are sharks and wont ever leave you alone again!

Then demand money from you then once you get a statement showing that you do not owe the money they will not even listen or read their own information that proves you do not owe the money. Then tell you a manager will call you who never calls so im now saying this to you London Mint in public do not contact me again asking for money i no longer wish to communicate with your company and will take legal action against you for harassment and for illegal sells from pressure tactics also once again can you stop sending me your junk mail trying to get me to buy from you its never going to happen

Feb 08,2025The coin is excellent it arrived on the 4th Feb,l paid for it on the same day, unfortunately on the 8th Feb l received a letter from you stating l still owe you £83,the letter was dated 27.2.25.nearly 3 weeks in the future.l owe nothing,every coin is paid for,l find it disturbing that a company as well known as yours can make such a mistake.
