My elderly aunt was fooled by this company into buying a bunch of replica coins. She passed away in 2016 and I have inherited the coins. I just checked online and see the coins have little value. She, like many elderly customers I suppose, thought they were real coins and payed good money to buy them. I can't understand why such a scam can be rated so highly by Trustpilot.

I called The Mint today as the online helpline seemed to be out of action , basically I got no response just an automated reply. So my call was answered by Teigan who was very helpful and explained why my coin delivery was still not delivered, The 28 day estimated delivery window has been exceeded it 30 days now and no coin. Hopefully it will be delivered soon, 100% thanks to Teigan for the clear and understandable explanation.
