I refer him any chance I get, and I'm proud to have my name associated with his, which is about the highest praise I can give someone. Full disclosure, I received a batch of pens that were not quite right on one occasion to no fault of Avery's. I made one call to him, he got it fixed, and replaced the product. It was an absolutely flawless transaction. Again, an absolutely great company and person to work with.
