May 04,2013The initial delivery went to another house owner in my road,the reason for this after further investigation for the lost package was because the house number on the package was not correct.However the invoice inside the package had the correct house number. To accommodate my needs another package with the items was sent out to me,so the customer service was then brought to the level of acceptable.
