order number 1362 , i have asked for VAT invoice and sent email 2-3 times but they never answer the email. and No one answering the call. customer care service is not good.

I ordered my hot tub from the swimming pool shop and concept pools were great. They gave me all the info I needed and kept me regularly up to date with what I needed to know.
