Jun 13,2018At a recent food show I came face to face with a favourite from my childhood I am old enough JUST to remember sugar rationing so instead of sweets we had Tiger Nuts They are just an amazing snack A UK company has started importing them and selling as nuts flakes and flour With so many people with food allergies gluten lactose intolerance etc these fit the bill I am using Tigernut flakes in my breakfast muesli and snacking on whole nuts when I drive

Jun 13,2018This company has some really good products and amazing customer service. Their tigernuts are the freshest I have come across. I was about to give up on tigernuts, as ones I had tried from other companies did not meet up to my expectations, and then I discovered this company and now I can't leave them alone! The tigernuts powder is absolutely gorgeous and very moreish and can be eaten raw, for example in smoothies, or can be made into shortbread etc. There are some good recipes on their site to try for ideas. They also do some lovely tigernut flakes and Premium peeled tigernuts, which can be eaten straight from the packet. I haven't yet tried the Tigernut Crunch, but it looks as though it may make a nice breakfast with their Tigernut milk. I am telling everyone I know about this company and I cannot sing their praises high enough! I never normally write reviews, but thought they deserved it.

They are enlightening gluten/grain free consumers, cooks/chefs and the health coach community of this little nutritious powerhouse of a legume called a TigerNut; which is so rarely available in the UK. I unreservedly applaud all they have done and are doing. The advice, products, sourcing and logistics are second-to-none.

Apr 06,2018My Tigernuts came well packaged and prompt delivery. I've never tried them before and I was pleasantly surprised how sweet and chewy they are. A great alternative for someone like me with a sweet tooth. I haven't tried them in smoothie etc but look forward to experiment with different food options.
