May 23,2024I contacted The Tight Spot as I have trouble finding stockings for my long legs(I'm 6'2") within ten minutes I had a reply from a lovely young lady called Monika who provided me with links to areas on their website relevant to us tall girls,now all I have to do is create an order. Their customer service goes above and beyond anything I have experienced anywhere,if you have hosiery needs please use The Tight Spot because they go the extra mile with everything they do,they are to sum up an excellent company who certainly deserve more than the maximum ten out of ten,I would recommend them to everyone of my girlfriends and members of the public,just use these wonderful people and their company. Apr 06,2024I had a situation were I ordered many of the same items over multiple days, I lost count of how many I received, I contacted The Tight Spot to ask if they could track the orders, they said no but asked why. I told them I "Thought" was not certain and was not complaining, I was just asking, I would have left it at that...BUT The Tight Spot shipped a replacement without me asking for one. Great customer service.

Nov 01,2024Untrustworthy. I ordered £100 worth of tights from this company. They were delivered. But my partner decided she didn't want a couple of pairs - wolford at £60 a pair and another brand at £20.00. I had to request from the company a return address label via email - you can't do it online. I posted it back to them asking to exchange the pair for £20 for a different colour, and refund the £60 for the Wolfords. They were sent tracked returned, and claimed they haven't received them and will not issue either a refund or exchange. I won't be using this company again. I strongly recommend you go to Tights UK instead who track everything online for both delivery and returns, and I've never had any problems with them. The Tight Spot live up to their name, as they leave you in a tight spot with no product or refund!
