I paid $40 and was given an estimate of up to 5 days for the order complete, but I got an email very quickly asking details about the phone and was eventually told that my unlock code was "in the database" and it would be another $10 for a premium service. I was a bit suspicious but I paid the extra. Within a day of paying my phone was unlocked with no issues and I'll definitely be using them if I ever need to unlock another phone

The unlocking company took the credit and refused to refund money because phone was unlocked. However, it was not unlocked because of unlocking company. Edit: after company reply… My email is and was valid…you wrote me an email after I contacted you. My experience with your company is not one that i am happy with. 50% of a refund is not a refund!

The basic service I paid was not sufficient, and I was quoted a bigger amount to complete the unlock. At first, I was not prepared to pay more, and I declined to proceed. My initial payment was instantly refunded with no question asked. However, my further queries were answered promptly with no hesitation or delays. Later, I decided to go back and take the offer. It was all done in an hour.
