Jan 22,2024I’ve had to put one star as it won’t let me put 0stars, these kind of companies wheel you in so much basically making out the car or motorcycle is yours and is ready and waiting for you to collect it, any credit problems it doesn’t matter we will help you, I’ve never had any debts except my phone bill which I’ve been late paying a few times, anyway they got me to fill out the paperwork for the quote and within 1 second of pressing send I got a reply saying all the usual crap,, I’ve just found out of a friend that they do it to thousands of people because with every application these receive and every non existent quote they give out they get paid their selfs,, horrible scammers… I’ve spoke to one of them and explained I’ve had a accident on my mountain bike and basically ripped my right foot of so I’m after a scooter type thing and I got promised everything, then at crunch time they fobbed me off, big bunch of jokers and scammers.

Once I found a vehicle John contacted the supplying dealer and communicated directly with them on my behalf, Phoebe then sorted the finance documentation quickly and again explained everything and advised if any help was required just contact her, vehicle was paid for same day documentation was signed, amazing smooth process.

Jan 12,2024Just be careful with these, I sent over a number of bikes but all declined as didn’t meet finance company criteria, I was sent a picture of a bike from the vehicle financer so decided to go with that, iv had electrical fault with bike 3 weeks in and no one taking responsibility, complained but they have not upheld it. Now I find out the finance company under no circumstances finance bikes that have been modified and the one the vehicle financer sent me had full aftermarket exhaust on which has caused the fault. I’m now left paying almost £400 per month for a broken bike and no one taking responsibility
