Nov 30,2021Thank you for an excellent customer service. I was so impressed to get a phone call from the Company confirming my order. I was kept updated to the delivery of my order which arrived safe and sound. My only concern was with the actual packaging of the pipes, yes they were sealed in a plastic bag and concealed in the outer cardboard descriptive box. However, the pipes moved up and down in the box and I was concerned that this movement may cause damage to the pipes. As this is a Christmas present I myself used some bubble wrap to secure the item in the box. Apart from that small issue I was very happy with The Wind Chime Shop and would be happy to order from them again and certainly recommend them to others.

Nov 22,2021The wind chimes were excellent. I had previously bought one for myself and have been very pleased with it. Have taken it in for the winter. However, the 2 recent wind chimes I ordered were not very well packed as the cords were wound round each other and took quite a lot of patience to unravel. The extra paper padding and box were sufficient as I do appreciate the wind chimes do not come ready boxed.
