Feb 01,2021The order I placed was a present delivered directly. Arrived in stated time, but my friend was concerned there was something broken in box, not knowing what the present was, opened it early in case of having to return. She was delighted with chimes but there was no packaging to stop them getting tangled and had to spend ages untangling!! Suggest some type of protective packaging used.

Unfortunately one of the chimes was not what I had ordered, contacted to company who apologised for the error shipped a replacement straight away and told me I could keep the chime I hadn’t ordered. All in all I couldn’t fault this company as their service is brilliant.
