Jun 13,2024What a cluster funk... I posted before and I am reposting for all to see the new information. I started out with Harry and Harry left the company. My book sat dormant for over a week. Corina picked up my book, no last name ever provided. I had a blow out conversation with Corina and was passed onto Mary. I was not satisfied at all. Mary took over with Corina and they published my book four weeks later, no edits, minimal formats. They published it in 8.5x11 instead of 6x9 as I requested on my "publishing form" they sent me. I spoke with Mr. Vanwild as he said he was a manager. I requested my money back. No response. I requested the book format to be changed once again. Book was pulled from all shelves including e books. They refused to provide me the passwords and usernames for all accounts they were using. I had to contact the companies directly for any information. Again, I demanded a refund. Finally, the book is published on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. They fought me to advertise it on Baker and Taylor. It didn't matter, because they lied about Baker and Taylor. B&T no longer prints copies. So again, I demanded a refund. Nothing. I ordered my books and the book cover did not fit the new 6x9 layout so the binding was pushed to the back of the book. I demanded a copy of the PNG and JPEG. A week later I received a PNG only. Nothing more was said about the book at this point. It was about two weeks after publishing, Harry must have returned to the company because he text me. Mary and Corina text me to follow up with me, I demanded a refund and Corina says "G__ D____ what is your problem." That was the last I heard from any of them. I was played I get that. I want my refund now. I have filed with my credit card company as fraud charges and a fraud company. Fast forward to yesterday, someone from Pakistan tried to change my email password to gain access to my Amazon account. I immediately changed passwords and set up verification codes. They are willing to mess up your lifelong dreams of writing a book (my book to help other) and willing to harass you to take down your reviews but why not refund the money? Run, dont walk, RUN from this company/
