Feb 19,2025Sehr guter Support, wir haben in Dezember einen Aqua Pet&Family gekauft und sind super zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Hier hält kein Akkusauger mit. Leider ist nach kurzer Zeit unsere Turbodüse kaputt gegangen. Aber nach einer Mail an den Support mit dem Rechnungsbeleg wurde die Düse ohne Probleme ersetzt. Das nenne ich mal Kundenfreundlich. Vielen Dank

Feb 06,2025I love my Thomas Vacuum, it is really great quality and not too noisy either. I have used it to clean up huge messes made by both my dog and toddler at times, and it's also brilliant that it is so versatile and can be used both wet and dry! I even suggested my brother gets one and he did and loves it too!

Oct 14,2024The vacuum has great suction and functionality, but the attachments are flawed. One of the most common problems is that the turbo brush (carpet brush) jams. This is typical for most brands but in most cases, it is easy to open them up for cleaning. Since in this model the screws are behind wheels that cannot be removed, it is impossible to access them to clean the interior. There is a removable rolling brush, but that's it. When hair wraps around the right peg, there is nothing you can do to clean it.

Sep 11,2023Made a great job of a pet stained carpet when used as per instructions. Powerful suction on carpet but heavy to lift. Ease of use is very good, controls well marked so it is easy to understand, the instructions are clear. When it comes to cleaning after use,it has been well designed, all comes apart easily and makes cleaning easy. Very pleased with my new vacuum carpet/floor cleaner.

Sep 11,2023When you have a Wife & 2 Daughters with long hair AND a Cat, this Vacuum Cleaner is a must! The suction far exceeds our previous machines on the initial 2 bar mode, let alone the 3 bar and then the 'suck the carpet from the floor' MAX. I enjoy seeing what has been captured afterwards; the blackish dirty water and especially the huge balls of hair, it makes you even more glad you did it. Obviously if you poured a dry hoover bag contents into water it would also emphasise how grimy and dirty the floor was, but the added bonus that the water is stopping any mites etc living on is unique. THEN you add on it can work as a carpet/upholstery cleaner OR even just use it dry with a bag...Winner. Just be aware if you use the water as opposed to the dry bag, you'll need to spend some time emptying the contents down a toilet, cleaning it and drying it.

Sep 11,2023My family & I have been so impressed with the Aqua + hoover. We have a large dog who sheds a lot of hair and dirt, and the suction on both hard floors and carpet is brilliant at picking this up. It's really easy to set up, and maneuvers well particularly on hard floors. It comes with several attachments so there is something for every floor type/space including the sofa.

Aug 13,2023This is by far a Brilliant hoover ! The suction is amazing I have a very hairy dog and my Son's husky stays most weekends it picks up all the hair easily , I have had many branded hoovers and this one is the most powerful I have used it's been great with my cats long white fur no more rubbing carpet edges with a damp cloth ! Plus great if you suffer from Asthma or dust allergy's ,no more sneezing when you are using it as no dust escapes from it . The carpet cleaning is great for intensive cleaning and removes stains effortlessly. All cleaner accessories fit neatly into the water tank , it really has been a pleasure cleaning my floors and upholstery with the The Aqua + thank you for choosing me to test out the Thomas Pet & Family cleaner and for making my hoovering a pleasant and satisfactory experience.

Aug 07,2023Never used a hoover with such strong suction, and that's just on the eco setting. Only criticism is the size whilst doing the stairs. Whilst it does just sit on the stairs, it is awkward to move around. Overall would highly recommend, especially if you have a malting dog!

Aug 07,2023I love my Aqua + Pet & Family vacuum cleaner. It picks up cat hair more effectively than any vacuum I've used previously, both from the floors and the sofas. The wet function has been great on the wooden floors in the downstairs of our house, which get a lot of footfall and need cleaning constantly. I really like that it dries as you wash, meaning it takes much less time than vacuuming and mopping and the floors aren't left really wet. For dry cleaning the suction is really strong on both hard floors and carpet. The only way it could be improved would be if it came with a bag in which to store all the different heads.

Aug 07,2023I found this hoover really impressive. It has outstanding suction ability and has so far been the only hoover to remove my cats white pet hair effectively. Its a bit on the large side, but its lighter than it looks and moves easily as you pull it along.

Aug 06,2023I found the hoover was amazing at picking up dog hairs. The suction was great didnt need to go on my hands and knees picking up dog hairs like ususl. I have a pomaranian who is always casting. The aqua plus system is great for having alergies like myself. There is no dust atall cuming out of the hoover. Was also greart for washing carpet and sofa. Both came up like new. Would defo recommend this hoover 😄

Aug 05,2023I am loving the AQUA+ Pet & Family wet & dry vacuum cleaner. As an asthmatic,hay fever sufferer and a dog owner, the cleaner I can get my home, the better for my health. This water filter system is amazing as it locks in dust and allergens into the water and then you can just pour it all away so they're not released into the air, how fantastic is that! The air quality is definitely cleaner & fresher & my carpets & rugs have never looked better. The difference in the colour of them even after just dry vacuuming was astounding compared to my old vacuum cleaner & then once shampooed they were next level amazing, so bright clean and fresh! We track in a lot of dirt and mud every day after daily wet & muddy dog walks plus all the dog hair of course, my dog sheds a lot of dark dog hair which can make the carpet look really filthy sometimes and this is the perfect clean up tool. It's sturdy little machine, excellent quality & built to last but doesn't feel too heavy when you're using it & it's simple to put together too.

Aug 03,2023The AQUA+ Pet & Family all-in-one wet/dry vacuum cleaner is fantastic. We have a young family and a dog who loves muddy walks! The vacuum was easy to put together and very simple to use. The suction is strong and I was amazed at the amount of dirt/dog hair that my previous cordless vacuum had not picked up. It glides over hard floors and you can see the difference immediately on carpets too! The wet cleaning function removed stains from our carpet & upholstery with ease. I love the AQUA+ filter system.....no more dust bags. Again simple to use and requires only tap water. The air in our rooms really does feel cleaner after use. THOMAS UK have been a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions I had with a clear response. I would highly recommend this vacuum for any pet owners and/or those with children.
