Dec 04,2023AVOID!!! Took my money and then took 5 days to tell me they didn’t have the item in stock. Almost certainly a drop shipping outfit that takes your money without having a single item of clothing in their possession. Go directly to the company selling the item where you will get accurate, live stock availability and won’t have your time wasted.

Oct 21,2023Sadly I couldn't find an easy method to review the actual product on their website. Ashmore tan boots have good leather uppers and look fantastic but that's where it ends. The zip us useless as you still need to undo the laces to get the boot on. The rubber sole came detached after 4 weeks and the inside of the boot gets soaked.( A really stupid design) The heel is wearing prematurely. An expensive mistake. And very disappointed.

May 12,2023Great Experience Threadpepper was just brilliant. I ordered a waistcoat and Jacket. The order process was easy and the communication from them was on point. The good arrived when they said they would. However, the jacket was to small so I had to return it. The returns process was really easy and very robust. I sent the jacket back and, literally a few days later I recieved the replacement larger jacket. The whole experience from start to finish was flawless and I would use them again and throughly recomend them to everyone. Oh, I forgot to mention, the jacket and waistcoat are lovely. Great quality and they fit beautifully. Just great!!

Jan 03,2023I’ve bought 3 blazers from my husband from this company and all have been amazing. The company has superb customer service. I was concerned with a blazer I ordered within a week of Christmas been delivered on time and with the postal strikes, Threadpepper got back to me immediately reassuring me they were expediting all orders. It was with me within 2 days. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Jun 09,2022I was visiting from Dubai and needed a suit for a wedding, unfortunately I didn't realise it was a bank holiday so I had ordered a suit that ultimately wouldn't arrive in time. I emailed if I could go and collect it to which they were extremely helpful (Hannah) and I collected it. Unfortunately I got home and the trousers didn't fit so this time I emailed outside office hours on a bank holiday and Gary the founder responded, went into the office to find the correct trousers and arranged for me to go and collect them. Honestly I was amazed by the level of service and it very rare that you would find that level of commitment to its customers. To add to that just about everyone at the wedding commented what a great suit it was. Thanks again for saving the day! :)
