It's a blessing to have such helpful class to help you when you are in such a bad time of getting a ticket. It is straight forward and down to earth. I now drive more cautious and courteous after the course and realize that it is stupid to be aggressive.

The course material was OK, not difficult to read but maybe little too wordy. Hope they can make the material more concise. Their customer support was very good. After I passed the final test and paid course fee, I wasn't sure how I would have to take care of the traffic ticket (paying fine, submitting certificate, etc.) but all my questions were answered promptly and also got good advice. I would recommend Ticket Toaster for anyone who is planning to attend traffic school for a traffic ticket. Neko

After my bad review of ticket toasters they did contact me right away. They did Submit my test to the court in time. So I do change my review on the plus side.But I do feel they could’ of let me know sooner that I had to contact the Sacramento DMV to get the point off I have paid insurance increases for this time in between and will find out in the next 10 days if it’s removed.That’s “what Sacramento DMV told me anyway

I am satisfied with my experience at Ticket Toaster. The only thing that needs improvement is the payment process. Otherwise, it was a good system to have for traffic school and someone available for chat.

I had no problem registering and taking the test. Questions are common sense as well as knowledge base so read each chapter well. It was very helpful. Good luck. I will try not to repeat this again. Because ticket was too costly.
