Jul 31,2024My goodness, how I love working with the team at Tieran Travel! I am a US-based travel advisor who had been looking for a great DMC for my United Kingdom Clients. Tieran has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. After submitting a client inquiry, they quickly create a beautiful proposal that sells itself to my clients. But where they really shine is in their customer service. They answer questions and make changes in a timely manner. When clients are in country, they are provided with a contact in the UK for any emergencies, giving me a lot of piece of mind that my clients are ok while I'm sleeping (due to the large time difference). Often times when problems do arise, the team is aware before the clients, and they come to me to let me know what the issue is and how it has been resolved. I had five families travel with Tieran Travel this summer and I can't wait to work with them once again!

They really feel listened to about their wishlist in particular -- we never feel like Kristine is just giving us "cookie cutter" options!
