May 24,2022We have recently completed our new build bungalow and used Tilehaus for flooring & wall tiles. I came across Tilehaus when searching for tile companies that could provide similar looking floor tiles that could be used inside & outside so that we could achieve a continued flow of tiles from the open plan area inside out onto the patio area. Cheniece from the showroom was an absolute gem and found us a beautiful large format porcelain tile which was modern & contemporary & looked perfect with the design, style & colours of the bungalow & most importantly achieved the look we wanted. She also kindly came to the new build as it was being built to offer us further inspiration & advice. Each time I sent a message or email to ask a question it was answered straight away. This demonstrates the fantastic customer service the company provides. Our order arrived in perfect condition on site on time and was ready for fitting the following week. I would also highly recommend the tiling service Tilehaus provide. Nick the tiler was efficient, clean and an expert at tiling! Thank you Tilehaus for first class service and product! Dec 02,2020I purchased some tiles from Tilehaus back in August, the tiles are stunning thank you. I have to give Jo a special mention, she was the best customer service rep EVER !!!! Really helped with samples and provided an excellent service... I would not hesitate to recommend Tilehaus .

Sep 08,2023I was keen to use this company as they had the correct tile formats and colours i was after. I waited 2 weeks for my tile samples to arrive and they never did. I tried contacting the company 4/5 times through different platforms but i got let down each time. It was either that I couldn’t reach anyone or someone would answer and take my details down to never get back. I’m glad i didn’t order with them in the end because imagine not being able to reach them if there was an issue with my order. They would just ghost on me.
