After having a dreadful experience with another company claiming to be in London but actually based in Asia I feel that I must praise the wonderful Tilletts team led by Mel and her two daughter’s Grace and Nancy. I am asking myself why I ever thought of ordering from anywhere other than Tilletts. They are second to none for style, quality, excellent value and customer service. If anyone is in any doubt about ordering from them please be reassured that they are the best. Returns (if needed) are dealt with promptly and the girls are absolutely amazing. I could go on forever as they are such a fabulous company, always putting the customer, who are treat like friends, first. Thank you Mel and your team for giving me my confidence back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tilletts clothes are great, I haven't been disappointed, the quality is quality, my favourite item's over the months have been the magic trousers they are so comfortable. Take the plunge and give them a go, I doubt you're be disappointed x

Nov 21,2024The quality of the goods are excellent, much better than I was expecting. Love watching mel and her team with all the live videos styling the clothes , really helpful. My orders have always arrived very quickly. I have had to do returns ( my choice to order extra) every thing about the process is smooth and seamless and refunded back into my account timeously. I have called customer service a couple of times ( once just after 7.30 am to catch my order) and the staff are excellent always friendly, cheery and helpful even at that time in the morning. The quality of the goods and excellent customer service remains consistently high. I cant praise Tillets ( mel and her team enough) they all work so hard and you can tell they really care about what they do and you can't put a price on that, it's so nice to to speak to /deal with people who care and are passionate. I can't wait to travel to the new store to meet everyone. Meanwhile I will continue to shop online and have introduced family and friends to Tillets
