Apr 13,2024Lovely experience shopping in the Aldeburgh store with my daughter. Just a little "pop in" turned out to be a very successful shopping spree! Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated having a little extra time even though the shop was about to close. Will definitely come back and allow a bit more time!!

Apr 13,2024Friendly staff, all very helpful. I went to the Woodbridge shop for the first time and was impressed at the quality of the stock. I bought a necklace and earrings which were beautifully packaged in fabric bags. I will be back!

Apr 12,2024It is always a lovely experience shopping in Tilly & Grace. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There was a mistake with my receipt the other day and when I rang, the lady I spoke to couldn’t have been more apologetic and helpful. I was refunded instantly. I always look forward to visiting the Woodbridge store when I stay with friends who live nearby. As yet I have never left the store without making a purchase as the stock is always so exciting.

Apr 11,2024Visited the Holt store last week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that colours are in sections. I know what colours suit me so I can go straight to them! My mum bought one of the pashminas. So soft and felt expensive. Also loving the jewellery and accessories.

Apr 06,2024Really friendly and helpful staff in the Southwold shop. I went in and bought one scarf and then a couple of hours later went back and bought another one and they remembered my name and the dilemma I had about choosing the scarves. Made me feel noticed and valued as a customer.

The colours are so beautifully displayed in zones and the clothes are so tasteful and easy to wear. I like the fact that the prices are affordable and yet excellent quality! I will use their online shop when I’m not in Southwold too.
