There is no long term commitment. Time4Learning is perfect as a foundation, a supplement, or for skill building.
The site itself is very good for teaching. the layout? not so much. The videos are poor quality and look like they were filmed in the 90s/early 2000s. The audio quality isn't that good on a lot of them either. The design is bland and unimaginative. When the videos are good quality, its shocking almost. This site looks like it hasn't been updated in a decade to put it likely. I know that a layout isn't really the most important part in a homeschooling website, but it could use improvements.
My child is very happy that she can learn at her own pace rather than being rushed. And if she doesn't understand something, she can go back and review the content again.
Response to reply: FALSE. I wish I could attach a screenshot of my emails proving you are lying and that you have NOT been waiting for a reply from me!! YOU took a week to reply to my inquiry and I replied back within HOURS. Absolute lack of honestly and integrity to the list and I will now reflect by changing my 2 star review to a 1 star review. DO BETTER! This is the future of our country! We really enjoyed Time4Learning at first. The videos were engaging and both my boys enjoyed it… then we started to notice how glitchy everything was and how much information was missing from the lessons. The science quizzes were full of scientists and experiments that were never even mentioned during the lessons. Half of the lessons will not register as completed so unless you keep a tally on your own you will not know which ones your kids have completed and which ones they haven’t. We contacted support a week or so ago and have heard nothing. Glitchy platform, nonexistent customer service, and missing content make for an absolutely inefficient service.
My son has been excited everyday to get on the computer and do the school work for that day. This time 4 learning has helped my son learn new things and actually gives really good examples of the work and the whole way you are taking the time to make the videos and the fun stuff for the kids to do off line is really fun I have taken pictures and would like to send in of the offline work that my son is doing but my son love this way of learning and he has been doing really well thank you for everything.
Easy navigation
It’s lessons.
Excited to be part of my kids home schooling
My daughter seems to be doing so much better with the work on T4L. She has Dyslexia and although she was getting help and improving in public school, she was still not able to focus like she should in a classroom full of loud kids and little to no help from the teacher. Since using T4L she has been able to focus, understand more and get done faster. She has enjoyed T4L.
My autistic son is very happy doing your activities. We no longer have to ask him to do his school work instead he is always doing his "time4learning"
Best service ever
Watching the parent tutorials are just as important as expecting my student to do the same. The tutorials are great and easy to understand.
We love you and will miss you my daughter did excellent having you Thank you for being so wonderful !!!!!
Will be back for sure
The program was really good and the website was easy for both my son and I to navigate. I homeschooled my son during his junior and senior years in highschool. I also utilized tutor.com military for questions and projects that my son needed extra assistance with, if he was not able to understand my teaching style on the matter. I would recommend T4L to everyone that would like to homeschool their child. My son scored high on both the college placement test as well as the military placement test (ASVAB).
The site makes it easy to manage my child's progress.
I've known about Time4Learning for a few years now and was initially considering using this learning platform for my boys when we started homeschooling. Unfortunately, I didn't go through with it at that time. However, about a month ago, I saw an ad for Time4Learning and decided to give it a try. So far, both my boys and I love it. I especially appreciate the activity planner because it allows me to schedule their assignments for the day, week, month, and year. My boys enjoy using it because it's interactive and makes learning easy and fun. I'm thrilled that I gave it a try.
The response to my question was quick and answered my issue.
Regarding the product, T4L is far from user friendly. Creating lesson plans is completely inflexible as it automatically assigns lessons and you cannot move them around. The volume regulation on videos is terrible whereby one video will require full volume and when the next begins it blows out your speakers. The eight grade language arts classes seem like they were created for toddlers; my son was insulted by the animated characters and age inappropriateness of the format. As far as customer service, my family used T4L temporarily at the end of my son's 8th grade year with no intent to continue use the following year. We assumed that we had paid a one time fee for the remainder of the school year (about 9-10 weeks ending June 1), but were mistaken as we found out in mid-July when another fee was charged to our credit card. This was discovered on July 16th, and based on a July 15th renewal, the charge was still pending. I called to cancel the account and was told that they could only refund the July payment and not the June payment even though their policy is to refund one month back. From a customer perspective, the July payment should have been voided anyway because I was cancelling, but they refused to also refund the June payment. A good company would not have thought twice about refunding June, but after spending half an hour talking to two reps I was given the shaft. Absolutely terrible customer experience - probably the worst I've had since I bought a used car 10 years ago.
Time4Learning is a good program and you can tell that they put effort into engaging activities which I love! However when you get to 5th grade Time4Learning incorporates Edgunity into their curriculum and Edgunity is the 2nd worst rated online curriculum at 1.6 stars and drives students crazy across the nation. Edgunity is very difficult, extremely long and overwhelming as on the other hand Time4Learning is not to easy and makes sure to teach you but also not overwelming. The only problem with Time4Learning is the Math is very long other than that Time4Learning is PERFECT! :)

Aug 28,2024This is our first year doing home school. With about 2 months of researching curriculums, I decided on T4L. It has been unbelievably easy to figure out. The lessons are great. The quizzes help me and my son to understand if he gets what is being taught. My son is doing very well. I do wish we could edit the dates on the plans. I currently have a plan but I will have to start a whole new plan if I decide to extend the dates. I watched "eSchooled with Amanda Melrose" on YouTube before purchasing. She really helped understanding the layout and the benefits T4L has.
