Feb 10,2023Everything was great. I ordered earrings and a necklace from them. Everything arrived within 4 days of my order as expected. The pieces look and feel high quality and beautiful. Exactly like the pictures on their website. I had to return the necklace as it did not match my dress and the return was very easy. They emailed me a prepaid label for the return. Customer service and the quality of jewelry is great. Highly recommended.

Many very affordable options for beautiful Edison (nucleated freshwater) pearl jewelry; not a lot of places sell purple pearls. I like sterling and pearls, and the leopard options are fun and affordable. I'm not as excited about "alloy" items, but when I saw the spider pin (with big pearl body) I had to have it, and it's gorgeous.

Sep 02,2022I placed an order for 3 pieces of jewellery, after specifically asking via email if a necklace came in silver and being advised via email that it did .. when a gold necklace arrived and a replacement silver necklace or a refund was requested I was advised that ‘the necklace is made of silver, it is coloured gold because it has been plated with gold however it is made of silver, you should have said silver coloured’.. in 20 years of ordering jewellery online I’ve never needed to stipulate a ‘colour’ when ordering … not when I’ve specifically stated in an email that I was ordering the silver, not gold, necklace and it has been confirmed in an email that the order would be checked before dispatch ..
