Feb 01,2025DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! Booked a helicopter trip with this company for 18th December 2024 for my partners 40th birthday. Not only did they cancel the night before promising a refund, they took the payment for this trip twice…. They owe us a total of CAD 954.23 and we have been waiting over 3 months for this refund. Once they cancelled our trip, they took down their website and only now have they reappeared online. Each time they reappear online I will write this same review so others are not scammed like we were!!! I have emailed, called and whats app them but I’m being ignored. I want my refund of CAD$954.23 as it’s a lot of money!! I have since started legal action.

Feb 12,2025DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! SCAMMERS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ToNiagara Travel Company, 5 Brisdale Dr, Suite 208 Brampton, ON L7A 0S9, Canada, is completely dishonest. They double charged my credit card, admitted their mistake, and promised to refund me within a few days. Well, it has now been five months, and I am still waiting for my money! At first, they kept making excuses, delaying the refund over and over again. Then, they just stopped responding altogether.
