The order and purchase went smoothly but unfortunately due to a delivery problem did not arrive until the next day.I contacted seller explaining situation and that I had waited in all afternoon and evening to no avail. They were on the case immediately, sorted out situation for delivery next day and offered to refund delivery charge. The non delivery was not their fault so I was really pleased for their help and offer. Very impressed Graham Allister
