Jan 06,2022Fantastic service! Although we had a hiccup with my order (the reason i didn’t give 5*) I must say it was dealt with exceptionally well. I order the maverik MAX irons (5-PW) and unfortunately only received 7-PW. I raised the issue with Damian who investigated and was unable to locate my clubs so ordered from another store, there was a confusion as they sent the maverik’s, not maverik max clubs to Damian. No issue for Damian who has offered to exchange my existing clubs (which I have since games) for a complete set of the maveriks. As well as offering to exchange my now sued clubs for a complete new set, I also made them aware I was in the market for a new driver and they had kindly knocked the sale price down further for me for the one I would like! I can’t wait for them to arrive and get going again with my now brand new driver to finish the bag. Thanks again for your efforts to resolve this Damian and the TonyValentine team! I hope Damian is commended for his efforts Ashley

May 20,2021Ordered some custom made Cleveland UHX's from online Web page noting 2-3 days delivery and turns out they don't have then in stock and would have to wait 6-7 weeks to get them. Also took them 2 days to tell me they didn't have them. Poor overall.

Nov 30,2020I bought a pair of Footjoy DNA Helix golf shoes in June from Tony Valentine. I only recently started wearing them, and the stitching came away on the left shoe after about the fifth time of wearing. More in hope rather than expectation,given the length of time since I bought them, I contacted Tony Valentine GC, and asked them if they could do anything for me. They replaced them without question after I had shown them where the shoe was damaged and gave me excellent advice on the type of shoe that was best for me. Damain and his colleague at Tony Valentine were brilliant and I thank thenm for their help. They did not suggest I post this, but I said I would.
