Jun 21,2023Wouldn't use again, ordered 2 new 4.0ah batteries and charger off them and received old stock, paid a higher price for these items as newer stock pictures were in the description on the purchase page, however, old stock is what arrived in the post. Very disappointed at how the management reacted to my complaint when I contacted them, as they couldn't care less.

Jun 19,2023I didn’t like the fact that the hedge trimmer I ordered was shown as “in stock” but, when I opted for purchase of the item without the battery, it was not available for some time! The website needs to be clearer about what “in stock” actually means. Also, this company uses DHL as a courier. I have had the misfortune to have had two items delivered by this courier. On both occasions DHL have told blatant lies on their tracking site, claiming that there was nobody to take delivery when the driver had actually just decided to go home for the evening. In Tooled-up.com’s favour, they refunded the delivery charge on this occasion. Well done!
