Worked here for 2 months in December 2019, Never got paid. Currently fighting it in court. Avoid Karen at all costs she's a joke

Be aware! Do not ever trust this company. Karen will charge the client money and do not pay the employees. This company is a scam and Karen and should not be trading. She still owns money for me and to many people who worked for her. Stay away

Avoid if you can. My wife has done some work through the agency and they still didn't paid her as they promised. That was 2 months ago. Now they are ignoring all emails, phone calls... Karen is maybe nice person but when it comes to payday she will not respond at all !!! From my latest discovery on social media there are more people who do have the same problem when it comes to PAYMENT !!! I believe its the time to stop that !!!

I have recently registered with Top Notch Nannies, I found all the staff to be very welcoming and polite. The whole team made it their mission to find a position that would suit me perfectly. I had a skype interview with one of the team, which I found to be very relaxed and enjoyable and felt very much at ease. I would have no problem in recommending this agency to any of my nanny friends for seeking future employment, and can guarantee top notch nannies to be very professional and obliging and will always endeavour to find you a perfect placement , even if this means contacting you after the office closes.
